About the workshop
The Education in conflict and Post conflict contexts (ECPCC) program is a professional development program focusing on the United World College Mission; “Education as a force to unite people, nations and cultures for peace and a sustainable future”.
The ECPCC Program aims to provide a challenging, transformational educational experience to a diverse cross section of decision makers from education, politics and educational practitioners from Western Balkans. The Program will focus on how we live out the UWC Mission in our Colleges and create a better, more peaceful and more sustainable world, learning from conflict and post-conflict contexts in which we live and work.
Who can apply?
The workshop is designed for 35 teachers and educational practitioners, as well as employees of educational ministries and pedagogical institutes from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Western Balkan region.
Language of instruction: English
The costs
There is no workshop fee. The organizer will cover the costs of travel, food, accommodation and project materials for participants.
Deadline for applications
Please send you applications including CV and a Cover letter including information on you current work in Peace education and how would you use your knowledge from ECPCC workshop in your current work via e-mail only on: irma.husic-pandur@uwcim.uwc.org no later than October 7th (23:59 CET).
